Candria Rauser is a passionate leader, lifelong learner, and the driving force behind Collaborative Synergy Consulting. With over 30 years of combined experience in the government and business sectors, including 18+ years in project management, Candria brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and heart to every engagement.

 

She thrives on collaboration—believing that when people come together with shared purpose, they create collaborative synergy: a dynamic energy where the whole truly becomes greater than the sum of its parts. Her work is grounded in the belief that success is built on continuous learning, meaningful connection, and mutual respect.

 

Candria’s approach is deeply informed by the Purpose Factor framework, which helps individuals and teams discover what they do best, who they serve, and how to lead with clarity and confidence. She integrates purpose into every engagement—whether she’s guiding a strategic initiative, facilitating a workshop, or coaching a team—ensuring that actions align with values and outcomes reflect what matters most.

 

As a certified Purpose Factor, CliftonStrengths, Everything DiSC, and Five Behaviors practitioner, Candria designs and facilitates engaging, high-impact team-building experiences that foster trust, strengthen communication, and inspire collaboration. Her approach is both strategic and human-centered—focused on helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential and connect their work to a deeper sense of purpose. Recently, Candria also became a "Maxwell Leadership" Team Member; she is currently completing certification training and actively integrates Maxwell Leadership tools into her coaching and facilitation work.

Her 26-year career with the State of Washington honed her leadership and project management skills, preparing her to guide others toward meaningful, measurable outcomes.

 

Today, as Principal Owner, Senior Consultant, and Podcast Host at Collaborative Synergy Consulting, Candria continues to expand her impact—supporting mission-driven organizations through consulting, coaching, training, and digital strategy.

As a Business major at Southern Oregon University, she blends academic insight with real world experience, offering a thoughtful and grounded approach to collaboration.

She holds both the Project Management Coordinator Certificate and the Project Management Certificate from South Puget Sound Community College, demonstrating her commitment to disciplined execution and professional excellence — values that closely reflect the heart of Collaborative Synergy Consulting’s purpose driven approach.
